Girls Golf Team Takes Fifth in Greenville County Tournament
The SJCS girls golf team finished fifth in the Greenville County Tournament Wednesday at Willow Creek Golf Course in Greer.
The Knights carded a 384, behind only Mauldin (328), Blue Ridge (370), J.L. Mann (372) and Christ Church (383) and ahead of numerous bigger schools.
Sophomore Greycen Baker led the Knights and finished seventh (out of 74 golfers) by shooting 86 and missing All-County by two shots. Sophomore Julia Conroy came in 11th at 90.
Junior Meghan Noonan (93) and freshman Leina Mosness (115) also contributed to the St. Joe's score, and 8th grader Madison Laguerre shot 116.

JV Girls Tennis
The JV Knights came up just short against visiting Southside Christian, 4-3, on Wednesday.
Dayton King (No. 1) and Anna Catherine Parker (No. 5) won singles matches for St. Joe's, and Lyla Cate Frye and Sara Gutierrez were victorious at No. 1 doubles.
