Seniors Julia Jacques and Adrianna Delacruz represented St. Joseph’s in the North-South all-star girls' tennis match on Saturday, May 22 at River Bluff High School in Lexington.
Julia and Adrianna played doubles together and lost, but then they played the same girls in singles and were victorious.
Julia defeated Madeline Pollitzer from Hilton Head, 6-4, 6-3, and Adrianna beat Alexis DeLoach from Wade Hampton (in Hampton County), 6-3, 6-2. The two Knights helped the North to a 7-2 victory.
Congratulations to Julia and Adrianna on a great way to cap an outstanding season!
