SJCS Graduate Named Pitching Coach at Limestone

SJCS graduate Aaron Lesiak ('12) has been hired as pitching coach at Limestone University.

Aaron, who pitched at the NCAA Division I level for Presbyterian College and then as a graduate student at The Citadel, served as assistant pitching coach and outfield coach at Davidson College during the 2021 season.

After wrapping up his playing career at The Citadel, Aaron spent the 2018 season as Director of Baseball Operations at Furman University and then two seasons at Anderson University as assistant pitching coach and outfield coach.

At St. Joe's, Aaron pitched and played center field and was a two-time all-state and three-time all-region selection. As a senior, he led the Knights to a 25-1 record and the state championship. He went 11-0, was Player of the Year in the state in Class A and in the region and was chosen to play in the North-South All-Star Game.

Aaron also played quarterback, wide receiver and defensive back for the SJCS football team.
