SJCS rising seniors Valerie Contreras, Mason Kuzmich and Lucas Thompson, rising freshman Campbell McCart and graduate Bentley Thompson (2025) spent this past week in San Ramon, Costa Rica at Faithful Servant Mission.
Anna Thompson, Lucas and Bentley's mother, led the mission trip for Buncombe Street Methodist Church.
The group hosted kids camp, nightly youth events and MomCo (Mom Community, a non-profit organization that provides community, mentorship and support for mothers). They also visited the surrounding neighborhood, praying with the community and sharing God’s love, and hosted a carnival for the children in the community.
