Three SJCS theatre students had a highly successful week representing the school at the International Thespian Festival June 22-27 at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
After qualifying at the South Carolina Thespian Festival in February, Anna Quesnelle, Aisley Zare and Adalynn Harman attended ITF to compete in the final round of the International Thespian Excellence Awards: Anna and Aisley in Duet Musical Theatre and Adalynn in Costume Construction.
*** ALL three received "Superior" awards for their entries at the International Thespian competition!!!
In addition, the students had opportunities to attend a variety of workshops and masterclasses with theatre professionals from across the country, diving into acting styles, production design, dance routines, accent work and more!
