Fair Displays Students' Incredible Artwork
Fair Displays Students' Incredible Artwork
It was billed as an evening when art would take flight, the first St. Joseph's Catholic School students' art exhibit.
In fact, what soared to cloud nine were the emotions of all those involved, especially SJCS art teacher Mrs. Anne Meyer, who had every reason to be proud of the work of her amazing students. The talent was on display throughout the school; more than 360 pieces of artwork were viewed by more than 200 people!
And the variety was incredible, including oil paintings; pencil, color pencil and charcoal drawings, wood burning art; acrylic and watercolor paintings; and much more!
A wonderful display of charcuteries and beverages also were served.
Kudos to Mrs. Meyer, all of those who volunteered and all of our fantastic artists!
