SJCS seventh-grader Eva Cifuni has been selected Class 3A Cross Country Runner of the Year by the South Carolina Coaches Association of Women's Sports.
Eva will be honored with the other SCCAWS award winners at a Player of the Year Banquet on Wednesday, June 11 at The Cotton Press Wedding & Event Venue in Little Mountain.
Eva won the 3A state championship in November with a time of 19:27. She also won the Region 2 championship and made the All-Greenville County team with a PR (personal-record) time of 19:12.
