World Language Course Offerings
- The department strongly recommends that students take three years of the same World Language.
- Current SJCS students must have a 80 average or better to advance to the next level of a World Language. If a student has an average of 70-79, the student must make arrangements to meet with the Department Chairperson to discuss how to move forward. In most cases, summer improvement work and/or a placement test will be necessary to ensure the student is prepared for the next level. The World Language Chair must approve all summer programs.
