Miami University Bridges Program

An overnight visit experience for high-achieving high school seniors

Miami University's Bridges Program application is now live. The program has a focus on promoting diversity and provides high school seniors with an inside look at Miami through a variety of campus experiences where they engage with current students, faculty, and staff.

Miami University wants to invite students from historically underrepresented populations, as well as students who have a commitment to diversity, to apply. They welcome various diverse identities — racial/ethnic, sexual orientation and gender, and socioeconomic.

During the Bridges Program, students:

  • Visit Miami's campus to get a sense of what it would be like to be a student there.
  • Engage with students and professors in a Miami classroom.
  • Eat in the student dining halls and stay overnight in a residence hall.

Application Deadline: Sept. 25, 2023
