Long Term Substitute Choral Director


St. Joseph’s Catholic School is seeking qualified applicants for a part-time Choral Director for the remainder of the fall semester. Weekly day-time responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Teaching and directing the Middle School Choral classes
  • Preparing classes for Grandparents Day (November) and the semester concert in December
  • Attending meetings as necessary with the Fine Arts Department and SJCS staff
  • The ability to prepare the music for weekly all-school Mass would be beneficial but not required

Candidates must, at a minimum, possess a Bachelor’s degree in Music, share a passion for working with young people, and embrace the Catholic mission and philosophy of the school. A graduate degree and teaching experience are highly preferred. Additionally, a candidate with accompaniment skills would be ideal in this role.

Physics Teacher


St. Joseph’s Catholic School is seeking candidates to fill a High School Physics Teacher position. This teacher will help us continue our strong track record of success in Physics education. A successful candidate will be prepared to teach all levels of Physics including Advanced Placement. Additional opportunities to teach elective courses may be available.
