How to set-up your personal ParentsWeb account

  • Go to ParentsWeb Login
  • Click on “Create New ParentsWeb Account.”
  • Enter the email address that the school has on file for you.
  • RenWeb will then send you an email with a link to set up your username and password. Be sure to check your junk Email file (spam) for this email from Renweb if it does not come to your regular mail in-box.
  • It is important to remember your username and password. The school will not be able to tell you the username and password if you forget it.
  • If you get a message that reads “Error: Invalid Credentials”, you have not entered the email address that we have on file for you. Please contact Jenny Starks at jstarks@sjcatholicschool.org to confirm the correct email address in our school system.

How to retrieve a ParentsWeb password

  • Go to ParentsWeb Login
  • Click on “Forget Username/Password?” and follow the instructions from Renweb.

YOU MUST FIRST SET UP A PARENTS WEB ACCOUNT TO COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS:

How to complete required forms online (to be completed in the summer prior to the start of school)

  • Go to ParentsWeb Login
  • Log into ParentsWeb with your username and password.
  • The St. Joseph’s page will pop up. Under the “School Information” tab, click “Web Forms.”
  • Click on the Family Demographic Form.
  • The required forms will pop up by your child’s (children’s) name(s).
  • Open each form and verify or provide the information that is needed. When complete, hit “SAVE” at the bottom the form. IMPORTANT: You must hit SAVE on the form even if you do not make changes in order for the school to receive your information and confirm that you have reviewed the information.
  • Information will be sent directly to St. Joseph’s.

How to view your child’s grades and schedule online

  • Go to ParentsWeb Login
  • Log into ParentsWeb with your username and password.
  • On the St. Joseph’s page under the “Student Information” tab, click “Schedule” to see your child’s schedule.
  • On the St. Joseph’s page under the “Student Information” tab, click “Grades” and select the class for which you wish to view grades. NOTE: Please make sure you have the correct quarter selected under “Term.”

How to access the student directory

  • Go to ParentsWeb Login
  • Log into ParentsWeb with your username and password.
  • The St. Joseph’s page will pop up. Under the “School Information” tab, click “Directory.”
  • Type in the name of the student or parent you are looking for.
  • You may also sort by grade, zip code, or city (carpooling).
  • “Print Directory” button is on the right hand side of the page.
