Rising senior Miguel Larrain was accepted into the Wachovia Scholars Business Program at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business. The encampment, held June 19-25, brought high-achieving high school juniors to campus for one week, enabling them to discover the many opportunities available in business. Students had the opportunity to learn the essentials of how a business operates and how executives make business decisions, find out what types of jobs are available in business, and talk with USC students, faculty, and local business executives.
