TRACE Hosts Stress Management Speaker

This week, TRACE – Teens Rising Against Challenges Every day – welcomed Mrs. Virginia Miller, a local therapist who specializes in stress and trauma issues. Mrs. Miller spoke with students about stress and anxiety as experienced particularly by teenagers and students. It was a great opportunity to learn about personal care and strategies for successfully navigating these challenges!
