PRAY THE ROSARY WITH SJCS ON THE FEAST OF ST. JOSEPH

Mar 19, 2020

Happy Feast of our Patron, St. Joseph!

We sincerely appreciate all the good work being done by our students, families, faculty, staff, and community in respect to the concerns and restrictions being implemented relating to COVID-19. Normally, we would be coming together for Mass on this special day for the school, however, since we cannot do that today, I invite you to please join in solidarity with Pope Francis and Catholics around the world to say the Luminous Mysteries of the Rosary at 4:00 PM today via our St. Joseph’s Facebook page.

The Pope has asked us to specifically pray for the following intention: Mary — Mother of God and Health of the Sick, to whom we direct the Rosary under the loving gaze of St. Joseph, Protector of the Holy Family and our families — bring us to the luminous and transfigured Face of Christ and his Heart. And we ask that he especially protect our families, in particular, the sick and those who care for them: doctors, nurses, and volunteers, who risk their lives in this service.

We invite you to add in the comments on our Facebook post HERE any additional intentions you may have.

We continue on this special day, to entrust all our efforts through the powerful intercession of St. Joseph.

May God continue to bless you all and keep you safe.
